In recent years the Catholic Diocese has received unprecedented demand for school entry across our Diocesan schools. This demand, combined with the desire to offer families a pathway for their children from Kindergarten through to Year 12, has led to the Diocese revising and adjusting the 夜色视频app Policy.听 听听
The new policy sets out the prioritisation for enrolment in schools and applies to all students seeking enrolment at a Catholic School in the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle (CDMN).
A commitment to Catholic education when considering priority of enrolment for secondary education means enrolment at a CDMN primary school from Kindergarten or at least the commencement of Year 4 for priority enrolment for secondary schools.

Please note slightly different enrolment dates apply to the Diocese鈥檚 inner-city secondary schools: St Francis Xavier鈥檚 College Hamilton, St Pius X High School Adamstown and San Clemente High School Mayfield. The changes relate to the enrolment period closing timing in May and 夜色视频app Offers in June.

夜色视频app Catchment Suburbs
The enrolment catchment suburbs for our schools are a defined geographic area from which a school enrols students from.
The enrolment catchment suburbs in the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle will be reviewed annually in case adjustments are required due to new schools, demand, capacity and/or changing demographics. Most catchment suburbs will not change.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate students at their catchment Catholic school, this cannot always be guaranteed. Acceptance into a school in the prospective student鈥檚 catchment area is subject to the enrolment process and prioritisation.
It is important to recognise that the defined enrolment catchment suburbs are the normal pattern. However, under certain circumstances, this may vary following an out of catchment area request with supporting information and consultation between school principals of both the local and preferred school.
